El Chato is a large reserve in the highlands of Santa Cruz, home to hundreds of giant galapagos, here you can see them in their natural habitat.
You will marvel at seeing them free to roam this huge reserve, walking around in mud puddles and eating the green grasses.
Galapagos giant tortoises grow up to 5 feet long and can weigh more than 550 pounds (250 kilos).
